efficient waiters really good service lovely yoga
The hotel staff worked hard to ensure guests had a hassle-free experience. I was impressed by the service during Ramadan. The staff remained kind and patient. Activities were easy to book via the app. I enjoyed morning yoga and the indoor cycling classes.
The pools had a considerable depth. This posed a slight challenge since I am not very experienced in swimming.

superb spa dedicated staff limited choice condensed space
the resort was super clean, a huge plus! the spa was also superb. i really liked the dedication of the staff and they were attentive.
i thought the included drink options lacked variety and weren't very nice. there was also only one pool available. this.

Reasonable stay overall
excellent food great drinks weak cocktails no recognition
The food in the main restaurant was excellent. Every meal from breakfast through dinner offered great choices. The staff worked hard even with the heat. Drinks were great too. I had no complaints about the beer, spirits, or cocktails. I will definitely consider visiting again in the future.
The cocktail quality disappointed me. The drinks were weak and seemed watered down. There was also a lack of premium options. The hotel could really improve the drink selection. I felt that repeat guests are not valued. I've stayed multiple times and there was no recognition of previous stays.

charming turkish retreat
free water ideal location friendly staff superb service
the hotel provided free bottled water in the room and at any bar. the location is ideal, beach loungers and the beach bar are right outside the gate. i found the staff unbelievably friendly and helpful throughout my visit. yousef, our waiter in the buffet area, offered superb service with a great sense of humor.
i noticed slight inconsistency in the quality of alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package. some cocktails seemed to lack branded spirits, which detracted a little from the experience

limited food choices crowded pool area
i found the hotel decent, its location near the beach was alright. crossing the road to get to the beach was a bit of a hassle. the spa facilities were great, i will admit. the food tasted nice though choices felt restricted mostly to the buffet food. the rooftop restaurant was alright but a single free visit is a bit stingy. the drinks included in the package weren't great and the pool area felt crowded. the lack of sea views bothered me.

attentive staff members convenient options restaurant quality nice cabanas
The staff members were attentive. they were always helpful with requests. the dining areas remained clean. the premises were well kept . the hotel is located close to the beach and marina. there are convenient options for boat trips and other activities nearby. access to local attractions is very easy from this hotel. the food variety in the main restaurant and the quality at the levente restaurant were good. i did two days on the cabanas. They were very nice.
the all-inclusive drinks selection felt a little restrictive! i noticed only a few cocktails were included, and premium drinks required extra payment.

The main restaurant offers a diverse selection of foods. I found the quality satisfactory. breakfast includes eggs prepared in many ways. fruit and pastries. The selection is broad. the snack bar provides alternatives to the main restaurant. It is a good option for lunch. i appreciated the variety offered here.

The suite was spacious and tidy. I had ample space for my belongings. the room's cleanliness met my expectations. It was cleaned daily to a high standard. the air conditioning worked effectively. It maintained a comfortable room temperature. i found the room to be adequate.

The hotel is near many local attractions. It makes exploring easy. the hotel's position on the beach is favorable! though the surrounding area offers much for visitors. the proximity to the marina is convenient. It allowed for easy access to boat trips.
